It enabled me to take down Ninja Kong in only THREE pummeling sessions! This counter is not easy to pull off, but it is SOOOO worth practicing, because the counter is extra flashy and does triple the damage. Do it too late, and he will hit you with the sweep, then immediately start throwing punches nonstop until you dodge one. Try to counter too early, and you'll just repeat that same kick you threw after his first kick, which will keep whiffing, and eventually your fists will collide, and you'll have to do the sequence all over again. That second hit does a whopping 50 damage! And makes him dizzy! Shake the Wii Remote to have Donkey Kong mimic Ryu and deliver a bloody (yes, literally spraying animated blood!) Shoryuken which sends Ninja Kong spinning into the air. If done correctly, and with good timing, your uppercut will lift Ninja Kong off his feet for 10 damage. However, (and this is what I did on accident) after he gets mad, try this: wait until after he tries to kick you the first time (dodge it), and after you kick him (which he dodges)-pause for a moment, and heed this: he will ALWAYS, when he throws out his sweep, attack from the same side as his first kick-then just before he sweeps you, if he kicked from the left side (with his right foot), you shake the Wii Remote, or, if he kicked from the right side (with his left foot), you shake the Nunchuck. This works regardless of whether he's mad or not. If done right, you'll land a double uppercut, in which each hit does 10 damage, sends him flying, and makes him dizzy. Then, after the first uppercut, shake the Wii Remote. If he punched from your right side (with his left arm), shake the Wii Remote. So, just before the kick comes out, if he punched from your left side (with his right arm), shake the Nunchuck. He will ALWAYS kick with the OPPOSITE foot of the hand he used to punch you. Score as many points as you can, and survive for as long as possible to become the ultimate champion. The way you normally counter Ninja Kong is, after he punches you (dodge it, of course) and you throw out a punch (which he dodges), he'll try to kick you. Collect Power-ups that are littered around the terrain to boost these status bars. Below that again is your Aggression Bar – this determines the ferocity of your attacks, and how much damage they inflict. Below that is your Stamina Bar – this needs to be high so your fighter can continue to move around. Once your Health Bar decreases all the way, it’s game over. Your Health and Stamina Bars are below the main fight screen. Hover over a Node to the left, and he attacks that way – and so on. Thus, if you hover over a Node that is above you, your fighter jumps into the air. Each of these Nodes performs a different movement or attack. ![]() Control your fighter by moving your cursor onto the various buttons (Nodes) that are circled around him. ![]() ![]() You don’t have to hit any buttons, but you can still perform dozens of different moves and combinations. The clever control system gives this game its’ edge. In Survival Mode, you come up against a virtual army of opponents, all trying to take you out. In Duel Mode, you take on one other opponent in a fight to the end. How to Play: There are two different Game Modes – Survival and Duel.
